Loy Yang Power Down Project
Crate n Pack Solutions was recently chosen to be part of a significant on-site packing project at the Loy Yang Power Station. We're thrilled and honored to be part of this important project, and to be recognised for our packing expertise and professionalism.
Our dedicated a on-site packing team traveled to Loy Yang to help complete the 2023 stages of the power down, ensuring that our packing was done safely, securely, and efficiently. Our on-site packing team worked hand in hand with the Loy Yang & team to pack and secure vital equipment, ensuring that it arrived at its destination in perfect condition.
Australian Aid Project
We were recently given the opportunity to work with the Australian Aid Project, sending much needed, Cummins power generators were being sent to Tonga. When our client approached us with this challenge of packing these industrial power generators, our team was more than happy to accept the challenge.
We designed and manufactured custom export wooden cases to keep the generators safe and secure during shipping. To ensure everything went smoothly, we sent our on-site team to their location to load and secure the power generators.
It was an incredible experience to be a part of this project and to know that our contribution played a role in providing power to those in need. Thank you Australian Aid, for trusting us with such an important project.
Bendix Export Project
Our dedicated on-site packing team traveled to the Bendix manufacturing site in Ballarat, ready to handle the intricacies of the job. With safety as our guiding principle, we meticulously encased the sensitive units in advanced VCI film, providing a shield against the rigors of overseas transit.
We loaded and secured Bendix Machinery into custom-built wooden shipping crates, strategically lined with foam to create a protective cocoon around the machinery, guarding it against any potential scratches or damages during the voyage.
The result? A delighted client. At Crate n Pack Solutions, our success is measured by the satisfaction of those who entrust us with their most valuable assets. This collaboration with Bendix exemplifies our dedication to precision, care, and customer contentment.
In-house Packing Project
Our client dropped off this heavy 4 tonne machine at our Dandenong South headquarters. We custom-built a sturdy timber base and securely strapped the machine to the timber base. Adding sides, ends, and a top for extra protection, we then shrink-wrapped the entire assembly.
Finally, we loaded the custom packed machine onto a flat-racked shipping container, ready for collection. And just like that, our client's valuable machine was on its way to its destination, safe and sound thanks to the meticulous care and attention to detail provided by the Crate n Pack team.
