Crate n Pack Solutions Terms of Service

All goods and services sold by Crate n Pack Solutions are bound by Terms of Service agreement.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

All products and services supplied by Crate n Pack Solutions must be paid for in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed to or a pre-approved credit account is required. All online orders must be paid for in full before any orders can proceed to checkout and subsequent delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS

All account payments must strictly be paid on or before 7, 14 or 30 days from date of delivery depending on the trading account issued by Crate n Pack Solutions. If a 30 day end of month account is issued all payment must be received on or before the 25th day of each month for all purchases in the previous month. If the 25th day falls on a non business day then payments must be made prior to the 25th day of that month.

Accounts in excess of our trading terms will automatically be placed on stop supply. The purchaser agrees to pay all costs including legal costs on a solicitor/client basis. The purchaser further agrees to pay interest on outstanding accounts at the rate which is 2% pa above the rate charged by Westpac for business overdrafts. Crate n Pack Solutions reserves the right to commence interest charges from the 26th of the month onwards for all 30 day end of month trading accounts with overdue balances and until full payment of the account is made.

TITLE OF GOODS

The purchaser agrees that Crate n Pack Solutions will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made in full, notwithstanding any “on sale” by the purchaser. The purchaser acknowledges that Crate n Pack Solutions, its servants or agents shall not be liable in trespass in entering any property to retrieve the goods.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All returns, refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Crate n Pack Solutions.
Crate n Pack Solutions does not refund any monies from the purchase of goods or custom orders. Items can be exchanged if they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault as deemed by Crate n Pack Solutions.
Crate n Pack Solutions will exchange items that are deemed to have manufacturing faults. Exchange goods will be available for collection within five business days after any returned good have been authorised by Crate n Pack Solutions to be deemed an exchange item.
Crate n Pack Solutions will not recognise any exchange items unless made in writing to Crate n Pack Solutions within 5 working days of delivery.
Crate n Pack Solutions is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with any returned items.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

All payments made to Crate n Pack Solutions by way of credit cards, will incur an additional 1.5% surcharge in addition to the sale amount. All EFTPOS transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge in addition to the sale amount unless waived by Crate n Pack Solutions management.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Crate n Pack Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising in any way out of any supply and delivery of goods.

DELIVERY

By accepting delivery of our products, you acknowledge that the goods are correct and in good condition.
We are not responsible for any additional re-deliverycosts incurred as a result of failed delivery attempts, delays in delivery or damages incurred during the delivery process.

If delivery is delayed or rescheduled for any reason, our team will notify you as quickly as possible to provide updated information on the delivery schedule.
By accepting delivery of our products, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood our policy.
